Unable to Submit a Claim For Reimbursement
Your dentist is in-network with Bento. In-network providers submit claims directly to Bento so that you do not need to worry. Please reach out to your Bento Concierge at smile@bento.net if you need further assistance.
Most in-network dentist offices will submit claims to Bento automatically. However, in the event that yours provided you with other information you may need to contact your dentist, provide them with your member ID card or plan documents which will remind them on the ways to submit claims for payment.
