If your dentist is in network with Bento then they will need to submit the claim. Email smile@bento.net if you need further assistance. 

Please call your dentists, provide them with your membership ID, our support number (800-734-8484), and ask them if they are able to submit the request to Bento. Most dentist offices will submit requests on your behalf to your dental membership if they are aware of your membership.

When they call us, we'll provide them with instructions for submitting a sharing request and confirm your membership details.

If you submit a sharing request without notifying your dental office that you have a dental membership, Bento may not be able to process the sharing.
